De-merit Proton Edar (Glenmarie) SC

I had to get this posted. I'm pretty upset with the carelessness of Proton SC; due to a single simple mistake, it cost me money, time, and I had to flex my muscle to drive a power steering malfunctioned car down my factory's multi-story carpark

ATF all drained up

It was a hassle to look for a towing service as my insurance company did not provide the service. Once I did got one, the towing cost me the same amount of money you would pay for a no-discount AirAsia flight to Sabah. My trip was only for 4km.

A first experience, riding in a tow truck

I can't go to the Proton Glenmarie SC as nobody picked up my call (another -ve point here) and we towed the car to my neighbourhood mechanic.

Down goes the car, and my money

The mechanic found out that the power steering failure was caused by the previous mechanic whom forgot to tighten up the caliper that hold the steering hose together. The pressure from the steering action forced the hose to come apart.

They did not charge me for tightening up the calipers as like he mentioned "You could do it yourself". The steering oil in the other hand wasn't free (of course).

I wished that I can take some sort of action against the SC...
